Services
Professional athletic training services tailored to your needs:
Athletic Assessments
Personalized analysis to identify muscle imbalances, weaknesses, and areas for improvement in physical performance, aimed at athletes and active individuals.
Passive Stretching
Manual technique where the therapist mobilizes the client's joints and muscles to improve flexibility and reduce accumulated tension.
Rehab / Recovery / Modalities
Personalized physical rehabilitation and muscle recovery sessions using advanced techniques and tools tailored to the client's needs.
Manual Therapy / Cupping
Use of manual massages combined with suction cups (cupping) to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation and reduce chronic pain.
Compression Boots
Dynamic air compression is used to apply pressure to the body in a rhythmic pattern, mimicking the body's natural muscle pumps. Pressure begins at the point furthest from the heart and gradually increases, promoting blood flow and lymphatic drainage.
Event Coverage
Athletic therapy and rehabilitation services to support athletes during competitions, tournaments, and other sporting events.
