Personalized athletic training, injury prevention and recovery — built around how your body actually moves, not a generic program. Working with athletes, coaches and active people who refuse to sit on the sidelines.
Six modalities, one plan. Every session is picked to match where you are in training, competition, or recovery.
A personalized read on your muscle imbalances, weaknesses and movement patterns — so training targets what actually needs work.
Hands-on mobilization of your joints and muscles to restore flexibility and release tension you've been carrying around.
Physical rehabilitation and muscle recovery sessions using techniques and tools matched to your specific injury and goals.
Manual massage paired with cupping to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation and cut down on chronic pain.
Rhythmic air compression, starting furthest from the heart and building inward, to push blood flow and lymphatic drainage.
On-site athletic therapy for competitions, tournaments and training camps — support that travels with the team.
Etienne combines academic training with years on the sideline — working directly with professional and amateur athletes to keep them moving.
He holds a Bachelor's in Athletic Therapy from the University of Puerto Rico at Ponce, and has spent his career pairing that foundation with hands-on experience at the professional level, from BSN basketball to international soccer academies.
Every plan is built the same way: assess first, treat what's actually there, and adjust as the athlete progresses — never a one-size-fits-all program.
The things most people ask before their first session.
A full assessment of your condition, a review of your medical history, and a conversation about your goals. From there, we build a treatment plan around you.
Initial sessions run 60–90 minutes to leave room for a thorough assessment. Follow-ups are usually 45–60 minutes, depending on your plan.
No referral needed. If you're already working with another provider, we're glad to coordinate with them for the best outcome.
Comfortable athletic wear that allows a full range of motion. For some treatments, looser clothing works better — we'll let you know ahead of time.
Whether it's injury prevention, rehab, or performance — tell us where you're starting from, and we'll get back to you shortly.
